The fund managers will seek the highest yields with appropriate risk distribution and equalisation.
Key characteristics of the fund
- The fund will mainly invest in public or private fixed-income assets in OECD member states.
- The average duration of the portfolio will be in excess of two years.
- The fund will invest in assets with an investment grade credit rating from one of the leading credit rating agencies (S&P, Moody’s, Fitch, etc.) or in assets with no specific credit rating but where the issuer rating is at least investment grade. If the credit rating for the investments is unexpectedly lowered, the fund may keep up to 15% in assets with a credit rating of at least ‘BB-’.
- The fund may invest up to 10% in financial CIUs that comprise qualifying assets, whether or not harmonised and whether or not belonging to the fund manager’s group.
