How to Invest
You can invest in our funds via INVERSIS.
To become a registered participant in our funds you need to send the information listed below, by post, to Aviva Gestión SGIIC - Camino Fuente de la Mora, 9 28050 - Madrid.
- In the case of private individual:
- Photocopy of your tax reference number (NIF)
- If the applicant is a minor, their date of birth. Minors must be represented by a parent or guardian who needs to enclose a photocopy of their NIF indicating whether they will also be named as an investor in the fund.
- In the case of legal persons:
- Photocopy of the organisation’s deed of incorporation
- Photocopy of the organisation’s tax identification number (CIF)
- Photocopy of the organisation's deeds stating who is legally authorised to represent the company.
- Photocopy of the NIFs of those legally authorised to represent the organisation
- Completed subscription signed by the individuals who will be named as investors in the fund, indicating the amount and the funds to be subscribed
- Download subscription form (PDF)
- Proof of transfer to the investment fund. The account numbers for each of the funds are listed on the subscription form
The documentation listed above can be sent initially by fax (91 298 49 10), although hard copies of the documents will need to also be sent by post.
- For subsequent subscriptions, only a signed subscription form and the bank transfer will need to be sent to us.
- Clients requesting reimbursements will need to post us the subscription form stating the details of the current account to which they wish funds to be transferred.
- To carry out a transfer from another investment fund, you will need to become a registered participant and send us the information set out in Point 1, with the exception of the proof of transfer, which will be substituted by sending the transfer application, providing the following details:
- Fund and originating managing entity
- Client code in the originating fund.
- The Aviva fund to which you wish to transfer your investment
- The type of transfer (total or part) in euros or shares
- Download transfer application form (PDF)
It would assist us if you could send us a photocopy of the statement of position of the originating fund.
Once we have received the documentation, we will start processing your request and will post you confirmation of the transfer.
