Unicorp Vida
Unicorp Vida (Unicorp Vida Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.) was created in 1988 and started to dstribute products through the Unicaja network in 1997.
In 2001, Aviva acquired 50% of the company and Unicaja became the agent of Unicorp Vida. It operates mainly in the south of Andalucía.

Unicaja
Montes de Piedad y Caja de Ahorros de Ronda, Cádiz, Almería, Málaga y Antequera (operating under the name Unicaja) was born in 1991 upon the merger of the savings banks Monte de Piedad y Caja de Ahorros de Ronda, Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Cádiz, Monte de Piedad y Caja de Ahorros de Almería, Caja de Ahorros Provincial de Málaga and Caja de Ahorros y Préstamos de Antequera.
Unicaja has a distribution network of 870 branches all over Spain, Mainly in Andalusia, but also in Albacete, Ciudad Real, Madrid, Murcia, Toledo, Valencia, Ceuta and Melilla.
At 31 December, it had 4648 employees. In 2006 it reached €304.64 m profit after tax and €304.64 m net wealth.
